MonitorMyMobile Refund Policy


This Refund Policy is a mandatory part of our License with you. Please read it thoroughly before downloading or installing the MonitorMyMobile software. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to adhere to the terms of this Refund Policy, which is legally binding. If you do not accept these terms, do not download or install the software. This policy applies to all activities on the MonitorMyMobile website, including downloading, installing, or using the software.

If you have already subscribed and installed the software on an incompatible brand/model of phone, you may opt for a free phone change and install on a compatible phone as many times as you want. During this period, your license expiry will not be affected and will continue from the date of final installation. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

General

Claims for refunds are subject to the satisfaction of MonitorMyMobile regarding any functionality not working as demonstrated on our website. MonitorMyMobile is not responsible for providing any functionality that is absent or not shown on its website, and refund claims for such reasons will not be entertained.

You must ensure compatibility of your device before downloading or installing our software, as MonitorMyMobile neither recommends nor takes responsibility for device compatibility. Since the software is phone-specific (one software per phone), no refund claims will be entertained for incompatibility.

Refund claims are only considered for technical faults in the software's functionality. Claims regarding poor voice recordings will not be entertained, as these are often due to system or mobile network issues.

If you experience technical issues with the software, our technical team will attempt to resolve them. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a full refund as per this policy. Many refund claims are resolved after receiving technical support.

Conditions for Refund

No refund will be issued if the reasons are beyond MonitorMyMobile's control, including but not limited to:

Call Recording

Call recording is one of many features offered by MonitorMyMobile and is not subject to refund. If you are not getting call recordings properly, please:
1. Initiate a live chat on our website for assistance with call recording settings.
2. If call recordings are still not appearing, enable the in-built call recorder on the child's phone.
3. If there is no in-built call recorder, install a reliable call recorder app from Google Play.

If, after these steps, call recording still does not work, it is likely due to Android limitations, not the application. Google has deprecated call recording APIs for privacy and legal reasons. For more information, visit the Google Android support page.

VoIP Call Recordings

VoIP call recording depends on device hardware and firmware. Not all devices support this feature, and some may only record one side or have poor quality. If you are not satisfied with WhatsApp call recording quality, contact us within 48 hours for a partial refund. After 48 hours, VoIP call recording is not eligible for refund.

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, email us at contact@monitormymobile.com only if you are eligible. We will investigate and decide within 15 business days. If a refund is granted, 20% will be deducted for payment processing and administrative costs.

Note: Refund requests via Live Chat are not accepted.

Usage

This application is strictly for monitoring children. You must have consent or ensure the device user is aware. If the application is installed without knowledge or consent, services will be stopped and no refund will be provided.
