By subscribing to or installing the software from the official web-portal of MobMonitor ("MobMonitor"), you agree and consent to all the terms and conditions (present or modified from time to time). This constitutes a legally binding contract. You must check your device’s compatibility before placing an order. By installing MobMonitor on a phone, you confirm that you have the proper consent or authority under applicable laws to monitor the phone in question. If you have installed MobMonitor on a phone without proper rights, you must contact us immediately at contact@mobmonitor.com for assistance in removing the software. The software is granted to you on a license basis only; all rights remain with MobMonitor, which may withdraw services in case of misuse.
You agree not to use or permit anyone to use the web-portal, software, or services in violation of any applicable laws. MobMonitor is not responsible for your access or use of the software. Physical access to the device is required for installation.
By using the MobMonitor website and/or services, you represent that you have read, understood, and consent to all terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Terms of Usage, End Consumer License, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. MobMonitor may revise these terms at any time without notice, and new versions will be binding. If you object, you must stop using all services.
You must not install MobMonitor on a child’s phone without their knowledge or consent, nor use their collected data for private or commercial purposes. Any such activity will void your license and services will be stopped immediately without refund. MobMonitor may assist government agencies in curbing misuse. All data can only be downloaded from your MobMonitor control panel.
The software remains the exclusive property of MobMonitor and only a temporary, limited, and revocable license is granted. To subscribe, you must create an account and provide billing and payment information. Payment details are processed by the payment provider, not MobMonitor. You are responsible for following all instructions and documentation. Only install the software on devices you own or have legal consent to monitor. MobMonitor reserves the right to modify, terminate, or refuse service at any time.
You must read all terms and conditions before subscribing. Payment of license fees is mandatory for subscription. Orders without payment will be rejected. Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for all activity from your account and must keep your password secure. Notify MobMonitor immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use. No refunds are provided for account cancellation.
The software must be used strictly in compliance with all terms and conditions. MobMonitor may suspend or terminate any license, disable the software, or modify features at any time. No claims will be entertained for such actions. For technical support, contact contact@mobmonitor.com. After-sales support is provided via call, email, and live chat only.
Refunds are issued only in accordance with the Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement. No requests for refund will be entertained if they are against the Refund Policy.
You are solely responsible for checking device compatibility before downloading or installing MobMonitor. If you subscribe and install on an incompatible device, you may opt for a free phone change within 7 days, but refunds will not be provided. Failure to confirm compatibility voids any claim for refund.
Uninstalling MobMonitor for any reason disentitles you to a refund. Once uninstalled, your account will be deleted from the server within 48 hours. Reinstallation for the remaining period requires payment of 50% of the license fee and is not guaranteed.
Payment information is provided to the payment provider, not MobMonitor. MobMonitor receives your personal information only in encrypted form and is not responsible for third-party memory leaks. You are responsible for securely retaining your password. MobMonitor stores only a hash of your password and is not aware of your actual password. You indemnify MobMonitor from all claims, disputes, and damages. Use the software strictly in compliance with applicable laws.
You must be at least 18 years old and of sound mind to use MobMonitor. When installing the software, you acknowledge you are a parent to your minor child. Installation must be done with valid legal consent from the device owner. All liabilities for deviation rest solely on the user.
MobMonitor may update or improve its software at any time without notice. You agree to accept such updates or improvements.
The MobMonitor logo and trademark are proprietary rights of MobMonitor. Unauthorized use is a violation of trademark laws. The web-portal, service, and software are protected by trademark and copyright laws.
The web-portal and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MobMonitor does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability. You are solely responsible for verifying information before relying on it. MobMonitor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobMonitor disclaims all liability for losses or damages arising out of or in connection with access to or use of the web-portal, software, or services. In no case shall MobMonitor’s liability exceed INR 5,000/-.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold MobMonitor, its directors, officials, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the web-portal, software, or services, or any breach of these terms.
MobMonitor may assign these terms to any person or entity at any time without notice. You may not assign these terms without MobMonitor’s prior written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
This application is strictly for monitoring children. If used for any other purpose, MobMonitor may suspend the app immediately without refund. The user is solely responsible for any legal or consequential actions arising from misuse.
